MARASSI AL BAHRAIN HOLDS GROUND-BREAKING CEREMONY AND AWARDS MAJOR CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR MARASSI RESIDENCES
Eagle Hills Diyar, a private real estate investment and development company based in Bahrain, held a ground-breaking ceremony to mark the beginning of construction of the first revealed residences, Marassi Residences. The firm also announced the awarding of its contract for construction works on Marassi Residences to Bahrain-based Nass Contracting, a subsidiary of Nass Corporation BSC. The contractor has a 53-year history of on-time completion to the highest standards of large-scale construction projects in the Kingdom of Bahrain and across the GCC region.
Piling works are now completed on Marassi Residences, as part of the master development’s first phase, with construction of Marassi Residences expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2018. Marassi Residences houses a total of 281 luxurious one, two and three-bedroom apartments, connected to major lifestyle shopping destination, Marassi Galleria, and overlooking one of Bahrain’s most spectacular seafronts with 2km of white sandy beach. The high-quality homes have drawn interest from investors worldwide.
