Eagle Hills Diyar Hosts Bahrain Society for Engineers

Eagle Hills Diyar, the pioneers behind the distinguished Marassi Al Bahrain development, hosted a delegation from the Bahrain Society for Engineers on a field visit in order to raise awareness around what the ‘smart city’ has to offer.

During the visit, the delegation which comprised 25 engineers and other members of the BSE society, were given a detailed explanation and provided information about the importance of the masterplan and its components.. The expected completion dates and methods of sale and acquisition were also discussed.

On this occasion, Dr. Maher Al Shaer, Managing Director of Eagle Hills Diyar commented: “The Bahrain Society of Engineers have continuously supported the development of the Kingdom’s real estate and investment sector, and their visit to Marassi Al Bahrain reiterates their commitment towards the development of the sector. The visit provided them the opportunity to get an overview of the unique waterfront project located in Diyar Al Muharraq and its added value to the sector.”

Dr. Dheya Tawfiqi, the Head of the Bahrain Society of Engineers said: “The Kingdom of Bahrain is taking great strides in the fields of economy and investment, specifically towards urban and real estate development, which are considered major contributors to the national economy. The strategic location of the Kingdom of Bahrain and flexibility of its investment also adds to its appeal to a wide range of investors from all fields."

The unique project comprises a range of residential components, such as Marassi Residences, Marassi Shores Residences,Marassi Boulevard and The Address. In addition to Marassi Galleria, a 200,000 sqm shopping and entertainment destination which offers a range of entertainment facilities. The development will also provide access to a 2km beach with waterfront retail outlets and an F&B boulevard.
