Eagle Hills Diyar has confirmed its Strategic Sponsorship support for Bahrain's leading real estate and property development showcase; the Gulf Property Show.

The Gulf Property Show is held under the patronage of HRH Prince Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain and takes place at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre from 24th – 26th of April 2018.

Dr Maher Al Shaer, Managing Director of Eagle Hills Diyar commented: “Our participation at Bahrain’s largest real estate event echoes the confidence we have in the organisers and in the expo’s potential to generate lucrative investment leads. The value that Gulf Property Show provides to the Kingdom of Bahrain is that it is an integral tool for developers to showcase the vibrant development landscape of Bahrain and the region to local and international investors.”

Dr Al Shaer added: “We will be showcasing five projects in Marassi Al Bahrain which are situated within Bahrain’s urban master planned city; Diyar Al Muharraq.”

Jubran Abdulrahman, Managing Director of show organisers HCE, said: “Gulf Property Show is the leading real estate event in the Kingdom of Bahrain. This assertion is given credence by the value that the Kingdom’s leading developments and developers place in the Show. Marassi Al Bahrain is considered a future landmark and tourist destination. Visitors to the Show will get a first-hand opportunity to gain an in-depth insight into Marassi Al Bahrain’s projects.”

The five projects to be highlighted at Gulf Property Show include Marassi Boulevard, a four-building residential mixed-use apartment complex offering units with stunning views of the Marassi Al Bahrain’s landscape. The Boulevard faces Marassi Galleria located within walking distance of the development’s bustling seafront promenade.

The 200,000sqm Marassi Galleria will be linked to a 5-star luxury hotel and serviced residence project – The Address Hotel and The Address Residences. It will include a 13,200sqm  leisure and entertainment (L&E) attraction by Emaar Entertainment which is set to become the largest entertainment element of any mall in Bahrain. Emaar Entertainment is the premium provider of L&E experiences, with its portfolio including KidZania® Dubai, Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, Dubai Ice Rink and Reel Cinemas in Dubai.
Marassi Residences will consist of two 9-storey residential towers, with apartments positioned over the Marassi Galleria Podium. Each unit offers elegant and luxurious contemporary high-quality finishes with its own balcony and built-in kitchen.

Marassi Shores Residences, a limited collection of seafront apartments, will be directly situated on Marassi Al Bahrain’s main 2 km long beachfront promenade, walking distance to the landmark shopping and entertainment destination; Marassi Galleria. The U-shaped property offers convenient access to extensive retail, restaurant and café options, and has its own central leisure complex with superior amenities, which will make it a sought-after address in the Kingdom. The building features a collection of elegantly designed and spacious studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, along with penthouses, staggered across 10 storeys. High ceilings in communal areas and large windows in living rooms encourage abundant natural light in all apartments.

The 10-storey Address Residences will offer fully-furnished and serviced 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, 4-bedroom, and penthouse apartments with parking spaces. This property is integrated within a new 200,000 sqm lifestyle shopping mall, Marassi Galleria, featuring private residential facilities and a world-class waterfront boardwalk promenade, and direct access to a private beach. The Address Residences will also be linked via two levels of podium to the first Address Hotel in Bahrain, accessing signature hotel rooms and quality F&B options.
